  1. How long does shipping take?

Delivery to the United States usually takes 2 to 4 weeks due to overwhelming demand for our products.

For International orders, it might need more time for shipping: 4 to 8 weeks delivery (to be safe).

  1. Where is my order? How can I track my order?

  1. What happens to my order tracking number stop updating?

No worries! Your country’s local customs department may decide to hold your goods at the border temporarily but it just a process of them.

Customs departments in Canada, Brazil, and Argentina may take an unusually long time to resolve these holds which based on our experience.

  1. Do you ship your products to my country?

We are International e-commerce, and we ship to worldwide. Therefore, be sure your address is correct when you filled address.

Our fulfillment centers ships your products and usually reach you via your local postal service at your shipping destination.

We ship from SHOP4FUN warehouse in Asia. Therefore, we keep our costs low and pass on savings to the dear customers. That why sometimes our products take a little longer to deliver to your hands.

  1. What time are deliveries made?

We usually delivered during local business hours (Mon-Fri) by your local postal system.

  1. What happens if I’m not around the home during delivery?

No worries! They will leave a note to make you aware of the package situation and pickup location. Either, they will put in your postbox if the products are small enough.

  1. Do I have to pay for customs, duties, or import taxes?

We are not responsible for any import charges made by your country’s customs. Please check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think has to pay additional fees.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and packages sent to the wrong address. Therefore, the customer is responsible for submitting the claims to the local post office.

Instead of, we are unable to change the shipping address once we automated fulfillment platform finished the process.

  1. Can I change my billing address?

The billing addresses are non-editable to prevent and secure against payments fraud case. All details submitted are final.

  1. Can I get a refund if I’m unsatisfied with my purchase?

We are happy to offer refunds for non-promotional products, and we apologized that there have non-refundable for promotional products currently.

To receive a refund for a non-promotional product, you have to return your order to the address on your package. Then show out the proof of returned shipment to us in order we able to issue you a refund.

  1. Can I cancel my order after placed?

Your order is almost processed instant once you placed. Therefore, we incur the shipping cost of your order directly, and the shipping cost is non-refundable. That is why we decided cannot cancel/refund promotional products.

Instead of, we are happy to full refund the non-promotional product order if you are unsatisfied but we will minus the shipping costs.

Our products usually arrived in separate packages, so it is common to receive your remaining products several days apart.
