Return Policy

Attention: There are no refunds on the shipping costs associated with free items and also promotional products.

Returns

You have the right to apply returns for any non-promotional products purchased from our website within 30 days – counted from the date of your purchase.

To consumers who request refunds must ensure the items you received must be in unused condition. Make sure the items are in the original packaging. The return process:

  • Customers have to return the items to the address written on the package.
  • A full refund will process once we received the items.

Please note that you may need to return the shipping charges to us. SHOP4FUN doesn’t take any responsibility for any items lost during the process of return shipping.

Refunds (If applicable)

SHOP4FUN will send you an email to inform you once we received your returned item, and it might take few days to process/investigated. Your refund will be processed upon you are approved:

  • The credit will automatically be applied (usually take a certain number of days) to your original payment methods

Missing/ Late Refunds (If applicable)

  • No worries. Please contact your credit card company, but refund processing time usually takes several days.

Sale/Promotional Items (if applicable)

Again to remind customers, sale/promotional items cannot refund. Only those non-promotional/sales items can request refunded.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We can replace items if found the items you received are damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged item as proof and send to: support@shop4fun.online
